SHIPPING POLICY
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our affiliated delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Pushpvrind. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.
We ship our products all across the globe.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company (We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post) that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 – 48 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note that Pushpvrind is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post and/or for any factors beyond the control of the company.
We usually dispatch most orders within 5-7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Once the order is dispatched the estimated time of delivery is 10-12 business days for domestic orders and 25 business days for international orders.
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
India shipping charges – A flat Rs.40 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.350, while there is free shipping for all orders of Rs.351 or above.
International shipping charges- Customers have to bear the charges depending on the location.
