REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Pushpvrind!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (info@pushpvrind.in) and send your item to: (AAR Enterprises 1943/150, Ganash pura, Tri Nagar Delhi 110035).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Return Policy
• At Pushpvrind, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. We do not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
• Pushpvrind is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
• We exchange the product In case of any damage or incorrect order. In order to exchange damaged or defective product, give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and verifying by Pushpvrind.
• Damages due to improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
• Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
• Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non refundable.
• All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of product delivery if it is arrived in a physically damaged condition or has missing parts/accessories.
